Fleece Information

Super quality anti-pil fleece fabric featuring a stretch for added comfort. The stretch is primarily across the width of the fleece with very little movement in the length dimension.

Anti pil manufacture stops pilling occurring plus is created in a way that eliminates fraying when the fleece is cut. Made of 100% polyester the fleece lends itself to outdoor garments being hardwearing, quick to dry and still warm when wet.

The Fabric & Ordering

The fleece is priced per metre.

To order simply add metres to your basket – we will cut as one continuous length up to the standard 10m full bolt option. Half metres are available by entering 0.5 (half metre), 1.5 (one and a half metres) etc.

Also available in longer roll lengths of 40-50m by special request. Please  – we would be delighted to provide further information.

Recommended Sewing Thread

We recommend stitching the Antipil Fleece Range with . It is slightly stronger than a ‘normal’ sewing thread meaning it won’t have a problem sewing fleece, particularly at seams and edges where you are likely to have multilayers.

Despite its extra strength, Thread Plus can still be used with a standard sewing machine needle. Please  if you would like any more info.
