The variegated shades give a fabulous finished effect and ensure, that even though the thread itself acts as a decorative element, it can still blend well with the project’s overall colour scheme. That said, using the range to create contrast can give amazing finished results – think of a lighter coloured background with one of the darker variegated options, think Satin Stitch for blocks of variegation, think decorative stitching applique and even free-standing machine lace!
